Bonney Forge’s forged steel integral flanged end valves are designed for high performance and reliability across a wide range of industrial applications. These valves are available in two bonnet designs to meet diverse operational needs:

• Bolted Bonnet Design: Features a robust male-female joint with a spiral wound gasket made from F316L/graphite, ensuring a secure seal. Ring joint gaskets are available upon request for higher pressure applications.
• Welded Bonnet Design: Incorporates a threaded and seal welded joint, with an option for a full penetration welded joint for enhanced durability.

These valves are available in various configurations, including gate, globe, piston check, ball check, and swing check designs, and are suitable for pressure classes ranging from Class 150 to Class 2500.

Key Features:

• Construction: Bolted or welded bonnet types with a full die-forged structure for all pressure-containing parts. Flanged valves are integral with the body forgings.
• Gasket Design: Spiral wound gaskets are standard up to ASME 1500; ring joint gaskets are standard for ASME 2500 and above, with SPW/RJ available on request.
• Sealing: Disc and hinge assembly designed to generate a closing moment for adequate closure and sealing at low pressures. Sealing surfaces are machined to tight tolerances for trouble-free shut-off and cycling.
• Performance: Best-in-class CV values and low cracking pressure design ensure efficient operation.
