Bonney Forge’s extended body gate valves are engineered for superior performance and reliability in demanding industrial applications. These valves are available in two bonnet designs to accommodate various operational requirements:

• Bolted Bonnet Design: This design features a robust male-female joint with a spiral wound gasket made from F316L/graphite, ensuring a secure and leak-proof seal. For higher pressure applications, ring joint gaskets are available upon request.
• Welded Bonnet Design: Incorporates a threaded and seal welded joint, with an option for a full penetration strength welded joint for enhanced durability and performance.

These valves are available in Class 800 and Class 1500, making them suitable for a wide range of pressure conditions. The extended body design is integrally reinforced, allowing it to replace a fitting and nipple or branch connection, thus simplifying installation and reducing potential leak points.
